I tell you one simple thing, no one is going to waste their time hacking an average persons computer. Their more apt to go after the bigger fish. It's a time consuming process so unless you know someone with this kind of knowledge and you did somethin to make them mad i'd worry, but other than that don't get stressed over anything.

The best thing you can do is buy a program such as Norton Internet Security 2007 or McAfee 2007 and keep them updated. Every time a new virus or hacking method is created, Norton or McAfee will notify you and if you update it, it will recognize the hacking attempt or virus and stop it. If you don't update it, then the program wil not see the virus as it will not notice it exists.
