i bought windows vista to upgrade my two computers, i have used the same os system on both computers but now one of them isn't working now it's saying serial code isn't valid please please help.............

Windows license is for one computer only. You will have to buy a another license for your second computer.

When you install Windows and activate it, windows creates a unique identifier for your system that is based on the hardware of your system. That identifier (or hash) is sent across the network and your windows is activated. If you change the system, or upgrade/change significant hardware (like CPU) windows will assume it to be another system and wont work.
