I am using a Linksys Wireless Access Point Router with 4-Port Switch, a DSL modem and two desktop computers.
One computer connects just fine, but the other does not connect at all.
I tried plugging it's ethernet cable directly into the modem and still, nothing.
I directly connected the modem and computer together yesterday and it connected just fine, I even bought a brand new ethernet cable today and it won't connect whatsoever.
Can anyone help me?
How do I connect my computers?vista
Make sure the router is doing the connecting, not the computer. If you're entering a username/pw or clicking Connect on the computer itself, it is tying up the connection. The username/pw needs to be configured in the router. Once the router connects, all computers connected to it will be able to access the Internet.

Please restate your question. I'm confused.
Does it work or does it not?
Did it just work yesterday and not today? How were you connected when it did work?
What is the OS you are using?
Do you get any error messages?
Is the problem just with wireless or wired as well?
1.) check if the network adapter driver is installed
2.) make sure that network adapter is enable
3.) check tcp/ip if it is obtain both dns and ip address
